Midtown is seeking a Junior Programs Supervisor to lead daily execution for the Junior Development Program, while supporting racquet sports team alignment and contributing to club operations. This role plays a key part ensuring the program operates smoothly, and the member experience is engaging and valued, resulting in repeat participation.
Total Compensation Range: $65,000 - $92,000 per year. The final rate offered will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
