• Source potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn and job boards.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess qualifications.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Familiarity with social media and professional networks for recruitment- advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Must
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of technical roles and technologies- advantage
