What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and develop a decentral product portfolio, driving decisions on pricing, quality, availability, cost optimization, and product improvements
• Lead portfolio simplification initiatives, identifying complexity drivers and turning them into practical solutions that improve efficiency and competitiveness
• Partner with sales teams, customers, R&D, supply chain, product support, and marketing to ensure the portfolio meets market needs and delivers value
• Support the transition toward the iC7 platform by contributing to portfolio strategy and driving key initiatives forward
• Create structure in complex situations, align stakeholders, and ensure progress on high-impact projects

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong motivation to build a career in Product Management, combined with a proactive and self-driven approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders
• An analytical and structured mindset, with a genuine interest in simplifying complexity and improving how products and processes work
• Fluent communication skills in English written and spoken, German language skills are a plus
