Junior Technical Manager (2 Positions)

Be part of an international materials science team!

A global manufacturing group is opening a brand-new laboratory in Thailand and is looking for two Junior Technical Managers to drive innovation and technical excellence.

What You Will Do:

• Analyse and interpret metallurgical data to solve real customer challenges
• Operate advanced lab equipment (XRF, SEM-EDS, 3D microscopy, tomography, and more)
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure the highest technical standards
• Support customers and contribute to quality control for new products

Training & Career Path:

• 3-6 months of intensive training in Italy at a world-class laboratory
• Ongoing English and technical development programs
• International travel opportunities for customer support and further training
• Clear career progression toward Lab Manager or Technical Assistance Lead

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Materials Engineering
• Good English communication skills (essential for training in Italy and global teamwork)
• Curious, problem-solving mindset with a desire to grow
• Willingness to work just outside Bangkok

Salary: 30,00035,000 THB/month + strong growth opportunities
