As a Junior Technical Consultant Wealth Management, you'll work with leading financial institutions, support innovative fintech solutions and help shape the future of wealth planning.
Based in our Wealth Management Client Servicing Team in the Netherlands, you will work alongside colleagues in both the Netherlands and London. This role offers a unique blend of client interaction, implementation work, and technical problem-solving, providing an excellent opportunity to develop strong functional and technical skills.
You won’t be sitting on the sidelines. As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will support clients and implementation teams in using and integrating our Financial and Wealth Planning software OPAL. You will help analyze client questions, configure solutions, support implementations and translate functional requirements into clear technical input for our product and development teams.
You will be in direct contact with our clients and partners that are using OPAL. You support them in understanding and integrating our APIs into the apps and websites they build for their customers, help set up data integrations and help them with their day-to-day questions while using our software.
You will gain experience in how to set up a financial plan taking into account the risk of the underlying investments. Furthermore, you will develop your modelling, analytical, technical and communication skills and bring some good vibes into our team. You will be able to alternate your work between the office, working from home and occasionally at clients in the Netherlands but also by visiting our international clients.

In addition, the following aspects are important:
You have a master’s degree in a relevant quantitative, technical or financial field, such as Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related discipline.
You have 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting, financial planning, wealth planning, client support, project management, fintech or software delivery.
Being fluent in Dutch (preferably native) and English is a requirement
Knowledge of basic programming, such as Python, VBA Excel, Power BI, etc.
