Your Responsibilities
· Activation, changes and deactivation of employee profiles in SAP Concur,
· Auditing expense reports according to Travel & Expense Policy and company standards,
· Posting expense reports into various ERP systems,
· Performing reconciliation reports,
· Managing Service Now – ticketing system,
· Contacting with ADM Employees to provide expense reports support,
· Preparation of reports for the needs of the T&E team, ADM locations and Audit department,
· Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process,
· Supporting T&E team in the month-end closing activities.
Your Profile
· Previous experience in a Shared Services and international environment (would be an advantage),
· At least BA degree,
· Fluent English-spoken and written,
· Problem solving and “Can do” attitude,
· Good organizational skills,
· Ability to communicate effectively,
· Good MS Excel and Power Point knowledge,
· Self-starter with ability to manage own workload to meet agreed deadlines,
· SAP Concur / Travel and Expense process experience is a plus.
