Job Description

Our company is a US based accounting and tax services firm with American Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). Our business is to assist European companies to develop their activities in North AmericaOur fields of expertise are: Accounting, International Taxation for Individual, partnership & corporation, and Business Development.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of simple C corp., S corp., and partnership income tax returns
  • Preparation of simple complex high net worth individual returns
  • Correspondence with individuals
  • Correspondence with IRS and states notices

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of income tax experience with accounting/CPA firm
  • Education: Bachelor's in accounting; Master's in Taxation, preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, both independently and as part of a team
