We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tax Consultant interested in specialising in Transfer Pricing to join our dynamic tax advisory team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping our clients navigate complex global tax landscapes by developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies.

What we need from you for this job:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law or other relevant areas.
• Internship or a few month of experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
• Open-minded, client-oriented work approach.
• Team-oriented work in projects with professionals from different fields.
• Strong communication skills in both Romanian and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer skills.

What will you do:

• Assist senior team members in delivering high-quality transfer pricing services.
• Actively participate in day-to-day activities across multiple projects, supporting clients from diverse industries.
• Contribute to various consultancy projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Conduct in-depth analysis using specialized transfer pricing databases and tools.
• Develop expertise in both national and international taxation practices, gaining exposure to a broad range of tax areas.
• Perform thorough research on various tax-related topics to support advisory and compliance projects.
• Work both independently and as a part of a team with professionals at all levels.
• Operate professionally and with highest integrity.
• Interface and establish credibility with senior level executives.
• Prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments, completing assignments on time and on budget.
