Loka is seeking a data-driven Junior Talent Operations Specialist to support our recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates for open roles. This person will manage operational tasks, assist Senior Recruiters, contribute to recruitment initiatives and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
