Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (fixed-term contract until the end of 2026)

Your new role – why is this a great opportunity? As our Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support recruitment processes by performing various administrative tasks and supporting senior team members in the sourcing and screening of candidates. Under the supervision of more experienced colleagues, you’ll learn more about international recruitment and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Your work plays an important role in ensuring that we provide a positive candidate experience and timely, professional support for hiring managers.
The role is based in Kraków, Poland.
This is a temporary position with a start date in May/June 1st until December 31st, 2026. Your future team You will join a truly international Talent Acquisition team of 12 dedicated colleagues working across borders – 7 in Copenhagen and 5 in Krakow. You will work closely with individual team members in both locations to ensure that we meet our hiring needs.
In Talent Acquisition, we collaborate closely with global and local leaders and other teams within People Services. We appreciate good relationships within the team and value cooperation with each other.
What you bring to the team You’re motivated by an interest in people, and you have an interest in recruitment and a desire to learn more. You are fluent in English (C1) and have a university degree.
