About the Role

You’ll play a key support role in our recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to bring great talent into the business. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of Talent Acquisition while making a real impact.

Perfect for someone early in their career who wants to specialise in recruitment and grow within People & Culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process across clinical and corporate roles
• Create and post job ads across platforms like SEEK, LinkedIn and Employment Hero
• Review applications and assist with shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed and ensure a positive, professional experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records
• Assist with reference checks and pre-employment checks
• Pitch in on recruitment projects and continuous improvements

What you'll bring:

• 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, & admin (or a relevant qualification)
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles at once
• Confident communication and a natural ability to build rapport
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Interest in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition

Nice to have:

• Exposure to healthcare, dental, or multi-site environments
• Experience with platforms like SEEK, LinkedIn or Employment Hero
