About the role:

Are you passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities and eager to grow your career in Talent Acquisition? We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our People team and support full-cycle recruitment for tech and business roles within our Global Growth Group.

As part of a global organization, you will collaborate with teams across different countries — contributing to a high-impact, candidate-focused recruitment experience.

What you'll do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on tech roles, ensuring a smooth and candidate-centered experience.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align expectations, define role requirements, and understand team context.
  • Craft and publish job descriptions using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Screen resumes using keyword and competency criteria, identifying top talent efficiently.
  • Actively source candidates through hunting, Boolean strategies, networking, and market mapping.
  • Lead competency-based and cultural-fit interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide structured, timely, and actionable feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage offer processes, ensuring alignment between candidate needs and organizational guidelines.
  • Track recruitment pipelines, maintaining workflow quality, data accuracy, transparency, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Deliver weekly status reports to hiring managers, keeping them informed, aligned, and on track throughout the process.
  • Support continuous improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, standards, and tools.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to tech positions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • amiliarity with tools such as Excel for building reports and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining process quality and a strong candidate experience.
  • A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach, with willingness to learn and grow.
