We are looking for a Junior System Engineer to join us in developing ways for IKEA to stay relevant to our customers.

Passionate about high-quality system engineering, with a strong interest in designing clean, reliable, and maintainable solutions
Have a good foundation in system design principles, and understand how good practices support better products and services
Love being creative through finding innovative approaches to complex system challenges
Take ownership of your work, while being comfortable learning from others and contributing as part of a wider engineering team.
Know about developing high-quality, maintainable systems from conception to deployment
Have experience working in Recruitment and Onboarding Solutions, with a focus on Avature ATS and a strong understanding of platforms like SF Recruitment and Smart Recruiters
Are a team player who takes ownership, builds cross-functional relationships with peers and loves sharing knowledge with others proactively manage relevant stakeholders
Enjoy working in agile, iterative environments, where learning, feedback and collaboration are part of how work gets done.  
Are curious, self-directed and want to keep learning!
Are a team player who collaborates well with others, including across functions and in virtual settings.

The must-haves we see for this role is though:
2+ years of experience in configuring and optimizing HR/Recruitment Technology solutions Avature, Smart Recruiters or SF Recruitment
A solid foundation in solution design principles for recruitment platforms, with a keen interest in system configuration, integration architecture and best practices for HR Tech deployment.
Deep functional and technical knowledge of Avature or SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding or Smart Recruiters including job requisition management, candidate pipeline, offer management, and integration with Employee Central

This mean that you will:

Contribute to Quality Solution Delivery, assist in delivering reliable, high-quality recruitment solutions to production.
Support Stakeholder & Business Requirements, help analyze, communicate, and implement stakeholder needs for Avature and other Recruitment solutions ensuring business requirements are understood.
Assist in Solution Design & Quality Assurance, contribute to ensuring solution designs meet business needs through support, quality assurance, and recommendations.
Exploring new technologies and supporting others where needed, contributing ideas that improve productivity, innovation and day-to-day engineering ways of working.
Provide Direct User Support: Actively support users in resolving business issues related to recruitment solutions.

You will work in Group Function Digital Area. The Digital Area – Group Functions is a new area built to strengthen digital partnership and delivery across all Group Functions and Global Business Operations (GBO). We develop and deliver digital capabilities across key areas like Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Business Risk & Compliance, Communications, Real Estate, Business Steering in Ingkas global organisation.

This role is part of our area that supports and builds recruitment and onboarding solutions part of the bigger to the Talent and P&C sub-domain
