About this Position

What you´ll do

  • Plan the replenishment of finished goods from production sites outside of Europe into various countries within Europe
  • Take ownership of the planning responsibility for your assigned product portfolio
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Supply Planners in the other regions and Logistics in order toconfirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on-time in-full deliveries
  • Cooperate closely with key departments like Logistics, Business Planning, Customer Service, Marketing, Packaging,
  • Purchasing and 3PM
  • Shortage management: Proactively report and manage service level issues and supply bottlenecks
  • Manage the inventory to an optimum level, support the implementation of regional projects
  • Project management
  • Continuously optimize processes and setup

What makes you a good fit

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business Administration or Economics with focus on supply chain
  • 1-2 years of proven work experience in Supply Planning role or related, fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Fluent English (oral and written) is required
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
  • Strong logical thinking & ability to think „outside of the box”
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Problem-solving attitude, influencing skills and team orientation
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the globe
  • SAP APO planning tool knowledge is an advantage
