In this role, you will work on complex logistics challenges for international clients within our Air & Sea Division. You will combine analysis, stakeholder management, and process improvement while learning how to drive sustainable change within large organizations: You’re on it.

How you do this? With your analytical mindset and fresh perspective, you will help customers move forward. You will translate insights into practical improvements and ensure that solutions are not only designed but also successfully implemented. As a junior supply chain consultant, you will serve as the link between operations, IT, product teams, and customers. By creating process transparency, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering effective solutions, you will directly contribute to the success of our international clients. You achieve this by:

• supporting customers in improving their logistics processes and supply chain performance;
• advising on smart solutions in the areas of Order Management and Freight Management;
• analyzing KPIs and identifying improvement initiatives that generate measurable impact;
• collaborating with customers, operations, IT, and product teams to successfully implement change;
• presenting insights during business reviews and contributing to strategic decision-making;
• playing an active role in digitalization and innovation within international supply chains.

You bring

• a completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• strong interest in analyzing, improving, and optimizing business processes;
• previous experience through an internship or job in logistics, operations, consulting, or sales is considered an advantage;
• good command of both Dutch (minimum B1 level) and English;
• a valid driver's license (Category B) and the flexibility to visit customers across the Netherlands and Belgium;
• an analytical mindset combined with strong communication skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
