About the role

We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Analyst – Stock Controlling (intern) to join our Coating Planning team. In this role, you will report to the Coating Planning Manager (Roll EU) and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and supply chain processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Order Fulfilment, Production, Quality, IT, and Commercial, contributing to daily operations and performance monitoring. The role also offers exposure to Plant Directors and the Operations Director.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure alignment with company targets and policies;
• Support the definition of optimal stock levels, balancing service level and working capital;
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain stock targets and ensure operational continuity;
• Analyse production constraints and identify opportunities for capacity improvement;
• Monitor and update KPIs in line with company standards;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Coating Planning team.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Engineering or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s);
• Experience in a similar role is a plus;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams;
• Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn;
• Ability to manage workload and work under pressure;
• Good knowledge of Excel and IT tools;
• Results-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and customer-focused approach;
• Fluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
