JUNIOR SUPPLIER RISK & SUSTAINABILITY ANALYST

The Junior Supplier Risk & Sustainability Analyst supports the implementation of a supplier risk analysis project, with a strong focus on risk assessment, sustainability, and compliance
The role is primarily project-based and operational, contributing to the rollout, testing, and integration of risk-based supplier governance tools.

This position offers a strong learning opportunity in supplier risk management, ESG topics, and sustainability, with potential future exposure to Supplier Quality activities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGT

Supplier Risk Analysis (Main Focus)

  • Support the development and deployment of a 360° supplier risk assessment model (quality, compliance, sustainability, and supply risks).
  • Assist in defining risk criteria, data inputs, scoring logic, and classifications
  • Support pilot testing, data collection, and result validation.
  • Help modularize the risk approach to make it scalable and easy to apply across suppliers.
  • Prepare analyses, summaries, and presentations of risk results.

Sustainability & Compliance Support

  • Support supplier sustainability and ESG assessments (environmental and social aspects).
  • Assist in collecting and reviewing supplier data related to sustainability and compliance requirements.
  • Support monitoring of corrective actions and improvement plans.
  • Contribute to integrating sustainability criteria into supplier risk evaluations.

Project & Cross-functional Support

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Sustainability, and Supplier Quality teams.
  • Support documentation, templates, and basic procedures related to supplier risk and sustainability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities related to supplier governance.

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

  • Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Engineering, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Quality, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in supplier risk, sustainability, and Quality.
  • Analytical and structured mindset.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Willingness to learn management systems and risk-based approaches.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and openness to feedback.
  • Good communication skills in an international environment.
