About the role

As a Junior Supplier Manager, you will be part of our dynamic Product & Supplier Management (P&SM) organisation and play a key role in supporting the growth of our business in the local market.

Working closely with experienced Supplier Managers, Category Teams and Procurement, you will help bring our global category strategies to life at a local level. You’ll build strong relationships with suppliers, contribute to business plans and help us deliver a seamless experience to our customers across digital and physical channels.

This is an excellent opportunity to start or further develop your career in a commercial, international environment with strong exposure to data, supplier management and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will be doing

• Support the execution of local supplier business plans aligned with our global category strategy
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with supplier contacts
• Analyse sales, margin and performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Marketing and Digital teams
• Support supplier onboarding, product launches and portfolio expansion
• Ensure high-quality product and supplier data to improve our digital customer experience
• Assist in pricing, volume and campaign activities
• Contribute to supplier marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to internal teams

What you will bring to the Team

We’re looking for a curious, motivated individual who wants to grow in a commercial environment:

• Experience in sales, purchasing, supplier management or a similar field (experience in previous internship or entry-level roles would also be welcome)
• Strong interest in commercial topics, data and digital business models
• Analytical mindset with good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Structured way of working and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluency in German and English

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Exposure to eCommerce or digital tools
• Interest in technical products or B2B environments
