About the role

We are currently looking for Junior Supervision Engineer who will support the supervision team in on-site monitoring of road safety and highway civil works, assisting with inspections, measurements, quality checks, documentation, and coordination to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements, and World Bank Environmental and Social Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily site supervision activities and monitoring of construction works under guidance of senior supervision staff.
• Support quality checks, measurements, and maintenance of site records and documentation.
• Support site inspections and verification of works against approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist senior engineers in checking line, level, alignment, and workmanship.
• Report deviations or site issues to the supervision team.

About You:

• Graduation/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Preferably overall professional experience: 8 years.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in road construction/supervision.
• Experience in road safety work will be preferred.
