The Division:

RazorSync, a division ofHarrisComputerSystems(an operating group of Constellation Software Inc.),offerscloud-based Field Service Management (FSM) software designed for small-to-mid-sized businesses. It provides a mobile and desktop platform to streamline operations for industries like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping.

• Key Features Scheduling and dispatching, route optimization, automated invoicing, customer management (CRM), and mobile payment processing

• Target Market SMBs in the service industrylookingtoeliminatepaperwork and improve field-to-office communication

• Integration Primarily integrates with QuickBooks for accounting and bookkeeping.

The Position
We are looking to hire a strong JuniorSQA Analystwho willbe responsible fordefining, implementing, executing, andmaintainingtest plans, testcasesand test automation tools/scripts to ensure software is delivered with high quality. Thehired individualis required tohavegood communicationwith the team and customers, and a strong technical background in terms of successfully developing,managingand implementing product test script libraries.

In addition, you willbe responsible forcollaborating with key stakeholders to gather input and feedback,reviewsrequirement specifications and design documents, to better understand the features and make the efficient design of suitable test cases. The successful hire will belocatedand work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabadoffice, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in managing all forms of testing – functional/feature, integration, load, regression,browserand device scenarios.

• Build and take ownership of automation test frameworks and tools.

• Responsiblefor designingandimplementingend-to-end test scripts from User-Interface through back-office technology.

• Responsibleforcontinuouslybuildingandimprovingthe product test library, ensuring it isup to datewith all scenarios and test cases.

• Responsibleforsupporting the Product and Delivery Manager in the investigation, ticketing, prioritizing, and regression testing for all queue items.

• Ensures compliance with general programming best practices, accepted webstandardsandRazorSyncspecific coding standards.

• Accountable tomonitorperformance and benchmarking test results.

• Conducts manual testing for web-based, Android, and iOS applications to ensure

• qualityand functionality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or related discipline.

• 1-2yearsof experience in software QA, withexpertisein both manual and automatedsoftwaretesting

• Good understandinginperforming functional, load, cross browser, responsive design, security and integration tests forclients, web and mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms

• Good programming concepts, experience with test automation framework, tooldevelopmentand scripting.

• Familiarity with at least one automation toolsuch asSelenium and/or Playwright automated testing tools.

• AwarenessofOOPconcepts withJava and/or C#.

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic CI/CD concepts (Azure DevOps exposure is a plus).

• Hands-on withautomated API testing with tools likePostman,SoapUI,Rest Assuredetc.

• Experience with database queries (SQL) and the construction of test databases.

• Understandingwithload, stress, volumetesting in .NET based infrastructure.

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

• Understanding of SDLC/STLCanddefectlifecycle

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
