Provide end-to-end technical support for Global Active Directories across Zones maintaining seamless IT services experience.
Act as the Technical expert for the internal customers on Active Directory Identity platform.
Understanding complex issues and defining the solutions for identified problems.
Demonstrate excellent written & oral communication skills on interaction with Internal customer and Business stakeholders.
Strong team player, with ability to perform within self-organizing teams in an exceedingly competitive environment of high performers.
Constantly innovating and automating routine tasks bringing in expertise on scripting and automation applications.
