The Role
We're looking for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Totti's Bondi.
This role is ideal for a strong Chef de Partie ready to take the next step into leadership, or an existing Junior Sous looking to further develop their skills within one of Sydney's busiest and most successful kitchens.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll help drive service, support and develop junior chefs, and play a key role in maintaining the standards that have made Totti's a Sydney institution.
