As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the highest food preparation, presentation, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in recipe development and food preparation.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring the execution of dishes to the highest quality standards.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene standards
Contribute to the development of seasonal specials.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Adapt to a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience at least as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
A culinary degree or relevant culinary certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and culinary techniques.
Creativity and passion for food, with a focus on attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a team and support a positive kitchen culture.

LPM is first and foremost food-driven, and ingredient-led with fresh and light French Riviera-inspired cuisine. LPM’s simplicity is found in fresh Mediterranean produce, with dishes using artichokes, courgettes, lemons, olives, and tomatoes, alongside the freshest seafood, meat, and pasta.
