We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic Hotel Kitchen team at Chessington World of Adventures. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment where no two days are the same - and where your leadership and creativity can truly shine.
The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day management of our busy hotel kitchen operations. You'll lead by example, stepping up to manage the kitchen in their absence, while inspiring and developing your team.
This is a hands-on, fully operational role - you'll run a culinary production station during service and take care of light administrative duties during quieter periods.
