Job Description

Ownership and key responsibilities:

• Support RFP/RFQ process in collaboration with involved stakeholders
• Support sourcing data management in ERP system
• Actively collaborate in sourcing projects activities (make or buy, benchmarks, resourcing)
• Support development of sourcing tools and processes
• Frequent data extraction and analysis
• Daily communication and co-operation with other team members and suppliers

Qualifications

Requirements:

• During study (Economy, Supply Chain, Technical University)
• Willingness to develop in complex international organization
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Quantitative and data analysis skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent Polish and English
• Legal authorization to work in Poland
