As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced Solutions Engineers on real-world customer projects, proof-of-concepts, and lab environments. You won’t just observe - you’ll actively contribute, supported by mentoring, structured learning, and practical experience.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the design and delivery of proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, and interoperability testing.
• Work alongside senior engineers in customer discovery sessions, helping capture requirements and understand real-world workflows.
• Get hands-on with system setup, configuration, testing, and validation in lab and customer environments.
• Contribute to documenting solution designs, test results, and customer deliverables.
• Help identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with engineering and product teams.
• Assist with pre-sales activities including demos and technical presentations.
• Continuously build your knowledge of video, compression, streaming, and delivery technologies.
• Take part in internal training and contribute to a collaborative team knowledge base as your expertise grows.

Qualifications

About You You’re technically curious, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and collaborating across teams.

You’ll likely have:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a technical role such as solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical support, systems engineering, or similar.
• Experience working with customers or partners to understand technical needs and help shape practical solutions.
• Exposure to video technology, media workflows, SaaS, cloud platforms, or other complex technical environments.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, or commercial teams to support trials, deployments, or proofs-of-concept.
