About the team
You will join the STP Platform Enablement team, a core engineering team responsible for enabling and modernising a critical Straight‑Through Processing (STP) platform used in a large-scale financial environment.
Our mission is to support the evolution of the STP platform towards a cloud‑native architecture on Microsoft Azure, while providing robust, secure and scalable foundations for multiple delivery teams.
The team works in a collaborative, supportive and learning‑oriented environment, where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are key values.
Your role
As a Junior Software Engineer, you will actively contribute to an ongoing cloud modernization journey. You will work closely with experienced engineers and architects, learning how to design, build and operate modern platforms in a regulated financial context.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow their technical skills, gain exposure to enterprise grade systems, and progressively take more responsibility under the guidance of experienced professionals.
