Exp: 2-4 Years

Location: Bangalore

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer specializing in 5G RAN L1/L2 to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge software for 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) technologies, focusing on Layer 1 (Physical Layer) and Layer 2 (Data Link Layer) protocols.

• Design, develop, and optimize software for 5G RAN L1/L2 components
• Implement and integrate 5G protocols according to 3GPP specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of developed software
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and efficiency
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in 5G technology and wireless communications
• Document technical specifications, designs, and test results
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development for wireless communications
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming languages
• In-depth knowledge of 5G RAN protocols, particularly L1/L2
• Familiarity with 3GPP specifications and standards
• Experience with real-time operating systems and embedded software development
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Experience with 4G LTE technologies is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
