Qargo is a cloud-based (SAAS) Transport Management Platform, we are a scale-up based in London and Ghent (Belgium) and rapidly expanding across Europe. The platform is an ‘all-in-one system’ doing everything from initial order entries to final invoicing, optimising planning and has a built in AI feature automating lengthy manual tasks. It is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, whilst increasing businesses profitability and sustainability. To help us achieve our mission and support our growth, we're looking for ambitious young graduates with a Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field to join our team as Software Engineers!

✅ Requirements, Skills & Experience

• A Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field
• Care about the real-world impact our work has on our customers and have a user-first mentality You not only want to make cool stuff, but also understand the balance between craft, speed and the bottom line. You put users first, and understand that reach comes with responsibility.
• Be driven by solving complex problems – and designing, building and scaling distributed systems. You'll be responsible for individual components of our solution, with our stack encompassing Python, Django, GraphQL, K8s, React, React Native, Google Cloud and more.
• Be a self-starter, with a growth mindset. We'll give you the opportunity and freedom to start new initiatives continuously. You'll be eager to gather knowledge and keep exploring new avenues in your ever-evolving scope of expertise.
