About the Role

We are looking for a Developer with focus on D365, C#/.Net & Javascript junior to mid-level to join our agile OneIMS (International Marine Services) team. You’ll be part of an international team working on a business-critical application used globally. The system supports service planning and execution for marine vessels and is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy customizations in Dynamics 365 (Field Service & Sales modules).

  • Together with your team, maintain and prioritize the backlog and ensure deliveries according to commitments for development, rollouts, or support.

  • Collaborate with product owner, product manager, architects, and other developers. Additionally, working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform components.

  • Support integration with other enterprise systems.

  • Participate in PI planning, sprint reviews, and innovation sprints.

  • Drive and facilitate testing, and post-implementation support to the end-users.

  • Contribute to ongoing system standardization and data foundation initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • NET and/or C# - 2-3 years of experience

  • SQL - 2-3 years of experience

  • JavaScript - 2-3 years of experience

  • Git and Azure DevOps

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

  • Cloud experience

  • Testing/ Unit Testing/ Integration Testing experience

  • D365 Sales, CRM, Field Service

  • PowerApps

  • Power Automate

  • MB-910: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)

  • PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
