Job Description Summary:

The Junior Software Developer II is responsible for developing software solutions while leading technical project coordination across multiple teams. This role serves as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that project objectives are both strategically aligned and technically achievable. It plays a key part in vendor coordination, cross-functional communication, and the timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

Job Description:

Host and Facilitate Cross-Team Meetings – 25%

• Host and facilitate meetings with vendor developers, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Coordinate project milestones, technical decisions, and deliverables
• Lead discussions to ensure alignment across all parties
• Drive decision-making processes in technical and project-related matters

Project Timeline and Progress Management – 20%

• Manage project timelines and track progress against established milestones
• Ensure adherence to due dates and commitments
• Monitor deliverables and identify potential delays or bottlenecks
• Implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule

Cross-Functional Liaison and Requirements Coordination – 20%

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external development teams
• Clarify technical and business requirements across teams
• Resolve issues and align priorities between stakeholders
• Bridge communication gaps between business and technical teams

Software Development and Maintenance – 15%

• Develop, test, and maintain software solutions according to project requirements
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues
• Ensure solutions meet quality standards and technical specifications

Documentation and Technical Specification – 10%

• Document project decisions, action items, and technical specifications
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and external teams
• Create clear technical documentation to support knowledge transfer
• Track and communicate project status and updates

Sales Technical Support – 10%

• Provide technical guidance and support to the Sales team
• Translate technical capabilities into business value for potential clients
• Assist in technical presentations and demonstrations
• Address technical questions during the sales process

The anticipated compensation range is

21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
