CNS also has state-of-the-art network operation centers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai that develop in-house software and applications providing end-to-end solutions to our customers and partners.

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer - Emirati Talent to join our R&D team, contributing to the development of fintech solutions including digital platforms, analytics dashboards, and backend services. The role offers exposure to real-world banking and analytics use cases, with opportunities to grow into advanced development, presales, or implementation roles.

• Assist in developing web applications and analytics dashboards
• Support backend development using Python (Flask or similar frameworks)
• Write and maintain SQL queries for reporting and data processing
• Contribute to BI dashboards (e.g., Superset or similar tools)
• Perform testing, debugging, and code enhancements
• Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and version control processes
• Support deployment and basic production troubleshooting
• Collaborate with R&D, presales, and delivery teams when required

Qualifications

Qualifications:-

• degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 0–2 years experience (internships/projects acceptable)

Skills:-

Required:

• Basic understanding of:
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Python (Flask or similar)
  • SQL (Postgres/MySQL/MSSQL)
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Understanding of SDLC fundamentals
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Preferred:

• Exposure to ReactJS / Angular
• Basic knowledge of BI tools or dashboards
• Awareness of Docker or containerization
• Interest in fintech, banking, or analytics
