QUALITY & RELIABILITY S.A. (Q&R S.A.) is an international technology innovator with a broad portfolio of software products and services within the primary industry segments in which it operates.

We are currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Team! As a Junior Business Analyst, you are expected to undertake the following

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering and further business analysis.
• Undertake small to medium size business components write up
• Translate the business requirements to functional specifications
• Work with the technical delivery teams to explain the functional requirements, understand technical difficulties and gaps and refine the proposed solution to compromise between business value and technical feasibility
• Design user stories, workflows, and functional specifications, ensuring that they align with business objectives
• Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs and align with requirements
• Participate in the testing process to validate that solutions meet the specified requirements
• Participate in training sessions to ensure system adaptation and increase system utilization and customer engagement

Required skills:

• MSc or BSc degree in Information Technology (IT), computer science, software engineering, or related fields
• Experience in similar position, in preferably IT projects with usage of open-source frameworks, software, and tools
• Experience with all aspects of the system implementation process of system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support
• Problem-solving and abstract thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

Desired skills:

• Experience with communicating requirements in writing and using technical design means (such as architecture diagrams, use case and activity diagrams, data/information flows, sequence diagrams, and system component diagrams)
• Experience in Public Sector will be considered as a plus.
• Experience in working with Jira suite will be considered as a plus
