Our client is a manufacturer specializing in industrial machinery, marine devices, medical systems, aircraft equipment, and optical devices

Location Tsim Sha Tsui

Working hours Mon to Fri, 9:00-18:00

Salary:

• Junior: 15K to 17K
• Senior: 17K to 20K

1) Junior Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Use Tradelink and Oracle systems to manage LC records
• Monitor export packing materials and input X-Ray license data
• Handle import/export documentation and insurance records
• Provide admin support and liaise with warehouse and bank (Bank visits required)
• Download e-licenses via system tools
• Arrange monthly import insurance purchases

Requirements:

• 12 years shipping/logistics experience
• Form 5 or above
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Prior experience handling exports to Mainland China preferred
• Native Cantonese with high proficiency in Mandarin (A Must) and English
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure

2) Senior Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of export documents (invoice, Bills of lading, AWB, etc.)
• Coordinate order processing with China office
• Input and verify logistics data; report to Supervisor
• Support logistics team and handle Mainland shipping documentation
• Experience in handling shipping documents in Mainland China is preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in shipping/logistics
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
• Form 5 or above
• Native Cantonese with high proficiency in Mandarin (A Must) and English
• Analytical, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
