Do you want to grow into a ServiceNow specialist within a leading IT organization? Are you looking for a role where you help build and improve applications used across the entire PwC Netherlands organization?

As a Junior ServiceNow Developer, you'll join our Core Applications team based in Utrecht. You'll get the space to develop your expertise, work with the latest technology, and contribute to concrete projects that make an impact across the firm.

This is what you'll do

You'll be part of the Core Applications team within PwC's Dutch IT organization, an enthusiastic group of colleagues jointly responsible for applications in areas such as Human Capital, Clients & Markets, Facility Management, Compliance, Finance, and Procurement. Together, we continuously look for the best solutions for the organization. In this role, you'll be co-responsible for the management and further development of the ServiceNow platform. You'll act as the linking pin between stakeholders and processes, and serve as the point of contact for colleagues from other departments. You translate business questions into functional and technical solutions and proactively contribute ideas for improvement.

• Manage and further develop the ServiceNow platform;
• Act as the second line of contact for requests and incidents;
• Handle release management and monitor interfaces;
• Support the integration of new functionalities and applications into our IT landscape;
• Research and optimize work processes.

You recognize yourself in this

You're passionate about your profession and set a high quality standard for the ServiceNow platform. You explain complex technical topics clearly, enjoy collaborating as well as working independently, and proactively spot opportunities for improvement.

• Experience with ServiceNow and its associated technologies;
• HBO (applied sciences) level of thinking and working;
• Analytical and service-oriented;
• Strong communication skills (e.g. with SaaS suppliers, governance, and during escalations);
• Fluent in English and Dutch at a beginner level.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing, implementing, and troubleshooting on the ServiceNow platform;
• Understanding of integrations with other applications via APIs (for example MarkLogic);
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator (CSA);
• Knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, IT Service Management, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and Microsoft Azure;
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, Virtual Agent, Service Portal, and Custom Apps;
• Knowledge of GDPR and Data Security standards.
