About this Position



What you´ll do

  • Perform
    cell culture related tasks using established human cell line models
    (2D/3D, primary tissues)
  • Execute
    in vitro assays including cytotoxicity and omics techniques to
    evaluate different toxicological endpoints
  • Assist
    in experimental design, data generation, and quality control
  • Contribute
    to method development and assay optimization
  • Support
    cross-laboratory collaborations and external partner studies

What makes you a good fit

  • MSc
    (or BSc with relevant working experience) in Cell Biology, Molecular
    Biology, or related field. BTA with work experience is welcomed
  • Hands-on
    experience with mammalian cell culture is essential, especially 3D
    cell culture system
  • Familiarity
    with basic molecular techniques such as qPCR, viability assays is
    preferred
  • Good
    understanding of omics technologies, especially transcriptomics, is
    an advantage
  • Experience
    with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, GraphPad Prism, R or Python
    basics) and experimental design, execution and project implementation
  • Fluent english skills
