About this role
TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. The Junior Scientific Project Specialist will provide platform and process support in the execution and management of individual compassionate use requests, called Out Of Scope (OOS) and programs (CUPs)
As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company that is an industry leader within its therapeutic area.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain Early Access systems up to date in line with internal processes and guidelines.
• Generate system reports and relevant metrics.
• Perform and support platform updates and maintenance activities.
• Understand and support process execution in accordance with standard procedures.
• Support the organization of key alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Consolidate meeting minutes and share them with stakeholders.
• Track processes and manage document filing and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in science related field (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
• Familiar with early access / compassionate use / clinical trials operational management.
• Fluency in English (written, reading, and speaking). Spanish, German, or other languages are a plus, but not required - work will be 100% in English.
• Strong project management skills.
• Must have a service-oriented and well-organized mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively, multitask and perform under high-pressure environments.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
