Job Description

Experience: 3 to 5 years

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our growing team. As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with senior members of the team to design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Service Cloud Development:
    • Assist in the design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
    • Gain hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Service Cloud features such as case management, knowledge base, and service console.
  2. Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC):
    • Learn and contribute to Apex coding and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development under the guidance of senior developers.
    • Collaborate with the team to build custom functionality within the Salesforce platform.
  3. Integration Support:
    • Assist in the integration of Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications.
    • Work with the team to ensure data synchronization and smooth information flow across different platforms.
  4. Customization and Optimization:
    • Participate in the creation of custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components to enhance Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.
    • Contribute to performance optimization efforts and assist in troubleshooting issues.
  5. Documentation:
    • Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce Service Cloud configurations and customizations.
    • Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to the development of technical solutions.
    • Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions with team members.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce technologies.
  3. Basic understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionalities.
  4. Exposure to Apex programming language and willingness to learn and grow in this area.
  5. Eagerness to work with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce technologies.
