Job Description

Arcesium is a global financial technology firm that solves complex data-driven challenges faced by some of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions. We constantly innovate our platform and capabilities to meet tomorrow’s challenges, anticipate the risks our clients encounter, and design advanced solutions to help our clients achieve transformational business outcomes.

Financial technology is a high-growth industry as change and innovation continue to disrupt the status-quo and prompt major transformation. Arcesium is at a particularly interesting time in our own growth as we look to leverage our successfully established market position and expand operations in pursuit of strategic new business opportunities. We value intellectual curiosity, proactive ownership, and collaboration with colleagues, and we empower you to meaningfully contribute from day one and accelerate your professional development.

We are seeking a skilled Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Operations & Enablement team. This role will be responsible for the administration, enhancement and ongoing optimization of the Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, drive user adoption, maintain system integrity and ensure Salesforce continues to support the organization's strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce instances - including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps and custom settings.
  • Manage user and license administration: new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, OWD and sharing rules.
  • Design and implement data migration strategies and data quality automation to maintain a clean, reliable CRM.
  • Co-develop and maintain reports and dashboards with Revenue Operations to track pipeline, sales KPIs, and key business metrics.
  • Manage integrated applications and third-party tools including HubSpot, Groove and Slack.
  • Create and drive the Salesforce product roadmap by gathering stakeholder requirements and feedback, continuously enhancing the platform.
  • Manage sandbox environments and oversee DevOps/release management; co-own communication of platform changes to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Maintain system security through Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer runs.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions, provide ongoing support, and develop documentation including user guides, training materials, and governance policies.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases; identify underutilized features and recommend enhancements with business impact assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) - required. Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder, Agentforce) are a strong plus.
  • Prior experience with Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or a FinTech company is advantageous.
  • Experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, data visualization and business reporting, is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Apex triggers and basic code; ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
  • Strong communicator - able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and distill complex information into clear action points.
  • Proven ability to manage medium- to long-term projects while handling day-to-day operational responsibilities.
