To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for a Junior Sales Support Specialist located in Bielsko-Biala, Poland

What a typical day looks like:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate quotations compliance with company pricing policies and approval guidelines.
  • Review customer requirements and translate them into suitable product solutions
  • Support the sales team with documentation, pricing tools, and approval processes
  • Monitor and follow up on quotation status to ensure timely responses to customers
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics to confirm product availability and lead times

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Minimum: high school education (preferred technical)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Communicative knowledge of English and Polish (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
