About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Represantative – Small & Mid-Market to join our growing European sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career sales professional looking to develop their sales expertise while making an immediate impact on revenue growth.
As a Sales Associate, you will focus on qualifying inbound opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and supporting multiple Territory Sales Representatives across Europe in managing transactional and lower-complexity sales opportunities. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer inquiries are handled efficiently while helping drive growth across the small and mid-market segment.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management
• Receive, qualify, and respond to inbound sales inquiries from small and mid-market customers
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, timelines, and buying criteria
• Determine appropriate collaboration with/handoff to territory sales representative for higher-complexity or strategic opportunities.
Sales Support & Opportunity Management
• Support multiple Territory Sales Representatives by managing smaller, transactional, or lower-complexity opportunities.
• Assist in managing opportunities through the sales cycle, including follow-up activities, pricing coordination, and proposal support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems
Customer Engagement
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned prospects
• Provide timely responses to inquiries, product and service information, and basic solution guidance
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and customer-focused experience
Collaboration & Learning
• Partner closely with Territory Sales Representatives on opportunity management and sales strategy
• Participate in learning and development activities to strengthen sales skills
• Collaborate with internal partners to support successful deal execution
Market Growth Support
• Proactively pursue and convert inbound opportunities
• Identify trends and insights from customer interactions to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience
Qualifications
Required
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, customer operations, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales processes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to achieve results
Preferred
• Experience supporting senior or field sales teams
• Background in inbound lead management or inside sales
• Experience working with small and mid-market customers
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
