As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking top-tier talent for the position of Junior Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and other innovative sales techniques
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Collaborate with upper management to ensure consistency in the delivery of sales pitches to clients.
  • Attain growth and hit sales KPIs for the company every month.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Develop and promote new relations with customers.
  • Arrange introductory meetings and exploratory chats between management and potential clients.
  • Increase the companys client base and ascertain its strong presence.
  • Identify emerging markets as well as shifts in the market while being fully up-to-date on current clients and opportunities.
  • Present reports on sales, expenses, and revenue including forecasts to management.
  • Accept feedback from clients and attempt to improve sales performance and procedures from that.
  • Assist management in generating leads and closing new agreements on a weekly basis.
  • Create and implement new sales initiatives, methods, and programs in order to increase revenue and new client engagement.
  • Utilize MS365 tools effectively to manage sales activities and track progress.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma
  • 2+ years of work experience in external Sales
  • Native English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • MS365 proficient
  • CRM proficient
  • Proven track record of sales success and meeting targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven atmosphere.
