Support the daily operations of the national sales organization
Assist with order management and sales system administration
Ensure data quality and accuracy across CRM and sales systems
Support the retail network with operational questions and processes
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards
Monitor key sales KPIs including orders, deliveries, leads, and test drives
Support forecasting and pipeline tracking
Assist with monthly and quarterly sales analysis
Campaign & Sales Program Support
Assist in implementation of national sales campaigns and incentives
Support rollout of new pricing, campaigns, and commercial programs
Ensure alignment between headquarters, importer, and retail network
Process Improvement
Help improve sales processes and operational routines
Document best practices and operational guidelines
Support onboarding of new retailers and internal processes
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with logistics, marketing, finance, and customer support
Assist with delivery planning and coordination with retailers
Support internal projects within the sales organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, logistics, or similar
1–3 years experience in sales support, operations, analytics, or administration
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Comfortable working with data, systems, and reporting
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Fluent in English and Norwegian Apply
