Key Responsibilities

  • generate and qualify B2B leads through proactive outreach (phone & online channels);
  • schedule and coordinate meetings for larger clients with Senior / Field Sales colleagues;
  • present company products and services and identify client needs;
  • independently manage small business clients, including conducting online & face-to-face meetings and driving contract activation;
  • build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities;
  • perform consistent follow-up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel;
  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and a positive customer experience;
  • contribute to achieving KPIs related to outreach, meetings (set & held) and activated contracts.

Qualifications

If you have:

  • excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • experience in telesales, or even front office sales activity;
  • positive attitude towards achieving monthly KPIs (calls execution and meetings arrangement);
  • With a university degree (preferably in economics) and conversational English practice.
  • excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office software products, CRM and Google product systems;
  • and last but not least – willingness to learn new things and develop in the field of sales, finances, insurance or data analyzing…
