Recruit and train sales team
Set sales goals, compare performance against goals and adjust goals as needed
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Develop individual targets and assign territories to team members
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecast
Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members

Requirements
1-2 years experience in sales
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
Good leadership skills
Good negotiation skills and secure profitable agreements
Experience setting sales goals
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
In-depth understanding of CRM systems and best practices
Mastery of Microsoft Office
Preferably in the Petfood industry. If not, atleast in the food industry. Knowledgeable in the field of distribution and sales and marketing strategy to promote the brands.
