Job Description

HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season.

As our Junior Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding our commercial ecosystem. Our portfolio is growing rapidly—from our core event partnerships to new ventures like HYROX Youngstars, the Coaches Summit, and even the HYROX Cruise. You will be the driving force in finding partners for these exciting new products while learning the ropes of international sports sales. This is an ideal role for a high-energy graduate with a business-driven personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within the world of large-scale sports marketing.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Partnerships: Focus on identifying and securing event partners specifically for new HYROX products, including HYROX Youngstars, Coaches Summit, and the HYROX Cruise.

  • Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and qualify leads to expand our partnership network beyond our core event offerings.

  • Sales Development: Learn and master the day-to-day sales business, growing your skills under the guidance of our senior sales team.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the global sales team to ensure title and national packages are supported by a strong pipeline of product-specific partners.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as an ambassador for the HYROX brand, communicating our value proposition to a diverse range of potential commercial partners.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education: You are fresh from university with a degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field.

  • Personality: You possess a business-driven personality with a natural hunger for sales and networking.

  • Languages: You speak English on C-Level, additional languages like Italian or Spanish are a plus!

  • Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills are part of your DNA.

  • Mindset: You are a proactive self-starter who is eager to dive into the "day-to-day" of a global sports business.

  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to London.
