Your responsibilities

  • Representing our client by greeting customers, explaining the products and financing options, and walking them through timelines and expectations.
  • Achieving your sales targets to meet conversion goals while providing first class patient care to ensure every customer is delighted with their treatment start date.
  • Meeting or exceeding your monthly KPIs.
  • Handling patient concerns or issues in collaboration with the clinic or head office teams as required.
  • Building genuine relationships with clients to build trust.
  • Responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up on potential clients and maintain a pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Stay self-motivated with a hunger for success. Never settle for less than “Impressive”!

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in a sales role.
  • Work experience in industries such as automotive, dental, insurance or education is highly valuable.
  • Confident presentation of products and the ability to answering customer questions and concerns.
  • Bilingual English/German language skills.
