Key Responsibilities

• Cold call and introduce web and online services to new clients.
• Convert company-provided leads into paying customers.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Research industry trends and identify new opportunities.
• Record activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to meet client needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets.

Requirements

• Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous).
• 1+ year sales or telemarketing experience (IT/web industry preferred).
• Confident communicator and persuasive closer.
• Comfortable with cold calling and presenting digital services.
• Target-driven, ambitious, and tech-savvy.
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Must reside near Morningside, Durban.
