About the Role
This is a high-trajectory opportunity designed for someone with a strong technical foundation and a passion for learning. You’ll support demo delivery, sales engineering processes, and technical pre-sales workflows while being coached and mentored by the company’s VP of Sales Engineering.
You’ll be deeply embedded in technical sales conversations, sharpening your skills and learning the art of deal influence—without being thrown straight into the deep end.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with senior SEs and sales leadership to configure, deploy, and optimize demos across enterprise accounts
Assist with the build-out and ongoing development of the Demo Ops function—processes, tooling, environments
Learn to translate customer pain into technical narratives that resonate with both business and IT
Support technical discovery and pre-sales engagement while growing toward owning your own opportunities
Build fluency across the MDM platform’s security, API integrations, and data modeling capabilities
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineering, technical consulting, systems integration, etc.)
Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft ecosystems (SQL Server, Azure, etc.)
Interest in data, MDM, or information architecture—and an eagerness to learn
Strong communication skills and a desire to work cross-functionally with high-performing teams
A growth mindset and the humility to learn, paired with the confidence to contribute
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000
On-Target Earnings: $150,000 – $170,000
70/30 base-to-variable split, with structured growth plan and promotion opportunities
