As a Junior Sales Engineer for Industrial Hydraulics, you will join our Sales Team. While you will be based in Torino and responsible for managing Partners, Resellers, and System Integrator in the Center-South area, you will begin your journey with us through our Graduate Specialist Program
This dedicated training and development path will be held for the first few months at our headquarters in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), designed to provide you with both deep technical expertise and essential soft skills.
You will be trained to:
Take commercial responsibility for Partners in your assigned area, focusing on Industrial Hydraulic technologies.
Share and monitor the progress of Partners' Sales Plans.
Conduct audits to verify and maintain the skills required of assigned Partners.
Map out competitors' Partners.
You will be supported in analyzing market data and collecting key insights from customers and internal stakeholders to design and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
Build a strong relationship with the local Application team and the Headquarters to share best practices, coordinate technical solutions, and contribute to continuous business growth.
Be involved in sales negotiations and provide support throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases. You will contribute to the achievement of key commercial KPIs — including turnover and margins — by supporting new business development activities and strengthening Partners' loyalty.
Understand market needs and trends to guide Partners' toward the most appropriate products and technical solutions. Participate actively in national and international trade fairs and events to represent the company and expand business opportunities.
